This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, solving problems, and supporting customers in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Skills you need:
- 3–5 years of customer service, inside sales, or industrial distribution experience
- Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and computer skills
- Ability to negotiate pricing and manage customer expectations
- Basic product knowledge with strong attention to detail
What you will do:
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, enter orders, and resolve customer issues
- Build strong customer relationships and support repeat business
- Source products, manage inventory needs, and expedite backorders
- Coordinate shipping, returns, and order fulfillment
- Assist less experienced customer service representatives when needed
