Location: Richmond, VA (Onsite)

Job Description:
  • Virginia Tax seeks qualified resource to be responsible for:Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems; Windows 11 or higher; Working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook and MS365.
  • Considerable knowledge of pc hardware, peripherals & networks
  • Considerable knowledge of Laptop Refresh
  • Ability to use software tools (SCCM, Remote Desktop, Dameware etc) to remotely connect to workstations.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to perform software installations, configurations and troubleshooting hardware and software.
  • Considerable knowledge of SCCM/SMS
  • A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software, including drivers and bios.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills.
  • Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An openness to learning new technologies.
