Sr. DevOps Engineer

Job Description
We're seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with 10+ years of experience to support critical infrastructure for a financial crimes technology platform. This role emphasizes traditional DevOps practices — CI/CD pipeline engineering, on-prem/hybrid infrastructure automation, and release management — rather than cloud-native or cloud-heavy environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Model Orchestrators and model skills libraries
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting mission-critical financial crimes applications
• Manage build, release, and deployment processes across on-prem and hybrid environments
• Administer and troubleshoot infrastructure using tools such as Jenkins, Git, Artifactory/Nexus, and configuration management platforms (Ansible, Puppet, or Chef)
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to streamline release cycles
• Support automation of build, test, and deployment workflows to improve reliability and reduce manual effort
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues in coordination with infrastructure and application support teams
• Maintain documentation for deployment processes, environment configurations, and standard operating procedures
• Participate in change management and release governance processes typical of a regulated financial environment
