This is an 'in office', full time position at the Celsius HQ in Boca Raton, Florida.

Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, Digital (Alani Nu) the Sr. Digital Designer will play a key role within Alani Nu's Digital team, working collaboratively across the creative department to develop high-impact digital assets. This role focuses on guiding the visual direction of campaigns and initiatives, ensuring creative excellence that drives brand engagement, user experience, and business performance.

The ideal candidate is a confident, highly skilled designer with a deep understanding of digital design principles, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to translate brand vision into compelling content. The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative environments, is comfortable leading projects, and can think conceptually while executing with precision.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Associate Creative Director to concept and execute dynamic digital campaigns, product launches, and evergreen content.
• Own the development of high-impact assets across all digital channels including email, paid media, website, e-commerce, and organic social.
• Lead and mentor other designers, providing thoughtful feedback, art direction, and creative guidance.
• Work cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and brand teams to deliver engaging user experiences across digital touchpoints
• Create sketches, mood boards, and other visual references to communicate concepts and creative direction.
• Ensure all visual assets adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain consistency across touchpoints.
• Support quality control processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and functionality of all digital outputs.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where quick turnarounds are common.
• Set and exceed quality benchmarks without compromising speed or execution.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of design excellence.
