Our transactions span the life sciences ecosystem-from molecular biology and life science instrumentation to biologics, drug development, and manufacturing.
With one of the most active Corporate Development teams across any industry, Thermo Fisher offers an exceptional opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, science, finance, and transformational growth.

You will work on complex, high-impact opportunities with significant visibility across the organization and direct exposure to senior leadership.
You will be involved from the earliest stages of strategy and opportunity identification through valuation, diligence, negotiation, executive decision-making, and transaction execution.
For an accomplished M&A professional, this role offers a rare combination of transaction scale and volume, senior-level exposure, strategic influence, and the opportunity to help shape one of the world's leading life sciences companies.
