DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Sr. Director, Service Delivery & Digital Solutions.
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.
Position Summary
This is a unique, leadership opportunity to play a critical role in standing up HR Service Delivery and Digital Solutions capabilities for a newly independent organization. This role will drive the separation of HR systems, processes, and operational frameworks from Johnson & Johnson, while building scalable, best-in-class HR capabilities for DePuy Synthes. The position offers high visibility, cross-functional impact, and the opportunity to shape the future HR operating model during a significant business transformation. After separation, this leader will be accountable for the day-to-day service delivery of HR Operations for Depuy Synthes, including Total Rewards Operations, Talent Operations, Data Management and Digital Solutions.
