Sr. Electrical Engineer

Senior Electrical Engineer, with deep knowledge in design, analysis, and oversight of robust electrical systems for complex heavy industrial projects.

This role combines technical leadership with project management, ensuring seamless collaboration across multidisciplinary teams while maintaining strict adherence to industry standards, safety codes, and budgetary goals. We are seeking a versatile engineering leader with deep expertise in industrial applications and a proven track record of delivering reliable, high-efficiency solutions.

Essential Job Functions & Tiered Responsibilities

(Note: Duties and responsibilities are not exhaustive and may include other assigned tasks based on project scope.)

• Project Scale & Strategic Planning: Plan and coordinate comprehensive electrical scopes for projects ranging from rapid-deployment initiatives ($5M and under) to multi-million-dollar mega-projects ($200M+).
• Team Leadership & Schedule Management : Develop, approve, and direct work schedules for junior engineers, designers, and drafters on a project-by-project basis, rigorously safeguarding cost, quality, and milestone objectives.
• Technical Execution & Lifecycle Management :
• Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting: Resolve complex and routine technical design issues, strictly enforce project standards, and ensure full compliance with regulatory and code requirements.
• Mentorship & Guidance: Provide hands-on technical direction, design guidance, and professional mentorship to subordinate engineers.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Education & Licensure: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related engineering discipline) with ongoing professional development, and an active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
