Senior Electrical Superintendent – Mission Critical / Data Centers Dallas, TX |  Full-Time |  Competitive Pay + Bonus + BenefitsSeeking an experienced Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale mission-critical data center projects in the Dallas area. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of high-reliability electrical systems and large project execution.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all on-site electrical construction activities and crewsManage field teams, subcontractors, and scheduling to meet safety, quality, and productivity goalsCoordinate closely with Project Managers, Foremen, and VDC/BIM teamsEnsure compliance with design specs, codes, and safety standardsMonitor manpower, materials, and progress to stay on budget and on scheduleLead daily jobsite meetings and maintain clear communication across teamsMentor foremen and junior field staff to promote growth and accountabilityQualifications:10+ years in electrical construction, including 5+ years as a superintendentProven success leading mission-critical or data center projectsStrong technical knowledge of electrical power systems, switchgear, and backup systemsOSHA 30 certification required; NFPA 70E knowledge preferredProficient in Procore, MS Project, and SmartsheetExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsWhat We Offer:Competitive pay and performance bonusesHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysVehicle allowance or company truckOpportunity to lead some of Dallas’s most advanced data center builds
