    Introduction


    Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this Sr. Electronic Technician position. This position is a potential contract-to-direct-hire opportunity, which is expected to be on-site in the Lake Mary, FL area. 


    Summary


    The Sr. Electronic Technician will be responsible for component-level assembly of electronic systems.

    Systems may be related to optical or laser technology.
    Strong repair/assembly experience is a must, along with prototype testing and comprehension of engineering drawings.

    Job Description:


    Assembly of electronic systems, with component-level design and repair experience
    • Senior-level technician with hands-on technical experience.
    • Optical and laser system experience is highly preferred.
    • Candidates who have previously worked with lasers are especially desirable.
    • Relevant project experience and education may justify consideration of other positions within this organization


    Qualified candidates would have the following:

    - 3+ years experience minimum, in electronic assembly and/or repair
    - Strong technical aptitude with system testing or prototype knowledge is highly desired

    May consider hire of more junior-level talent, along with more senior-level talent to round out the team.
