Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Sr Engineer for a Contract to Hire with a client in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will join a team focused on identity lifecycle operations and access management, ensuring timely resolution of JML requests, provisioning issues, and access-related incidents.

Rate Range: $75/Hour to $83/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Sr Engineer Responsibilities include:

• Manage identity lifecycle operations, including joiner, mover, and leaver (JML) requests, access changes, and user provisioning/deprovisioning.

• Administer and support SailPoint ISC and Microsoft Entra ID, resolving provisioning failures and access-related issues.

• Troubleshoot hybrid identity and synchronization issues across Entra ID, Active Directory, and HR-driven provisioning systems.

• Build and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Python, and SailPoint APIs to improve operational efficiency.

• Conduct access reviews, privileged access management activities, and audit support to ensure compliance and security standards.

• Develop runbooks, knowledge articles, and provide escalation support for complex identity and access management incidents.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years of experience in IAM Operations, Identity Governance, or Systems/Security Engineering.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access, PIM, and Identity Governance.

• Strong experience with SailPoint ISC/IdentityNow, PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Graph, and troubleshooting identity provisioning processes.

Pay Details: $75.00 to $83.00 per hour
