About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Epic Systems Analyst with strong experience supporting Epic Payer Platform applications. This role will focus on system configuration, implementation, workflow optimization, troubleshooting, and ongoing application support.

Key Responsibilities:
Configure, test, implement, and support Epic Payer Platform applications.
Perform business and systems analysis to define requirements and improve workflows.
Analyze user needs and translate requirements into system solutions.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide end-user support.
Develop workflow documentation and recommend process improvements.
Support system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance activities.
Manage project activities, provide status updates, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Required Skills:
5 7+ years of Epic Systems Analyst experience.
Epic Application Certification/Accreditation required.
Epic Payer Platform experience required.
Strong experience with system configuration, testing, and implementation.
Knowledge of healthcare workflows and application support.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience supporting projects and cross-functional teams.

Salary:
The hourly rate for these positions is $48 $52/hr W2 based on experience and qualifications.
