Seeking a Sr. Equipment Engineer with strong mechatronics and manufacturing equipment experience to support production ramp-up, equipment ownership, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Own equipment performance, reliability, and improvement projects.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and system-level equipment issues.
Support equipment installation, commissioning, FAT, and SAT.
Optimize equipment parameters, tooling, fixturing, and station layouts.
Analyze downtime and production data to drive root-cause solutions.
Collaborate with controls, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams.
Requirements
7+ years of equipment/manufacturing engineering experience.
Bachelor's in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Strong hands-on mechatronics and manufacturing equipment experience.
Experience with equipment ownership, commissioning, FAT/SAT, and troubleshooting.
High-volume manufacturing experience preferred.
Recent client/managerial references required.
