The attorney will serve clients in other states by working jointly with local counsel under a separate law firm entity.This is not a traditional law firm structure, and that is intentional.Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Estate Planning Attorney to lead the advanced planning side of our practice. This is a high-impact position for an attorney who is technically sharp, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is qualified to do sophisticated work.You will handle estates of all sizes alongside our team, but your primary focus will be complex, high-net-worth engagements requiring advanced tax and asset protection strategies. You will also serve as an internal resource for our attorneys on complex planning and other legal questions and work closely with the wealth and tax sides of the Family Office on integrated client solutions.
