Job Description
- Team Leadership: Leading a team of project managers, subcontractors, architects, and other professionals. Ensuring clear communication and resolving any conflicts or issues that arise within the team.
- Client Relations: Serving as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met and providing regular updates on project progress.
- Budget and Cost Management: Monitoring project costs, ensuring the project stays within the established budget. Identifying areas for cost savings and managing change orders.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, whether related to scheduling, costs, or safety.
- Quality Control and Safety: Ensuring construction practices meet safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality expectations.
- Contract Management: Reviewing and managing contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring all terms and obligations are met.

The Successful Applicant
- Light industrial experience such as: big box retail, grocery, and tiltwall is required for this role
- Technical degree level education in construction or related field
- 5+ years of experience working in the construction industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Stable work record
What's On Offer
Package is negotiable subject to experience but can expect a competitive base salary, plus per diem, for vehicle and gas.
