Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Sr Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support for our Chief Operating Officer and President, US Central Region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing complex schedules, facilitating high-level communications, and coordinating key initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. As a trusted partner to the executive, the Sr Executive Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
In this elevated role, the Sr Executive Assistant, will lead a team of executive assistants, oversee strategic initiatives, and drive cross-functional collaboration. The candidate will proactively contribute to the structure of the Global Executive Administration team, making significant contributions to processes, acting as a people leader, mentor, and backup to other executive assistants when needed. This role demands a high level of discretion, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
The Sr Executive Assistant will be instrumental in supporting the executives strategic planning activities, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of key projects.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay for this positions is $105,000 to $125,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individuals skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
