Pay Rate: $55.00-$60.00/hr. on W2
Must-Have Skills
- Bachelor’s degree + 4+ years relevant facilities engineering experience, OR Master’s + 2+ years.
- Strong experience with facility mechanical infrastructure, electrical infrastructure, and Building Automation Systems (BAS).
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- HVAC
- Electrical systems
- Chillers/chiller plants
- Boilers
- Dry compressed air/compressed air plants
- Plumbing
- Exhaust systems
- Building automation/controls
- Experience supporting facility design/build and construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and schematics.
- Experience with cleanrooms/clean medical device manufacturing environments.
- Experience with facility commissioning.
- Strong project coordination with engineering/design firms, contractors, and vendors.
- Experience inspecting construction/installation and ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and schedules.
