    As a Sr. Finance Analyst you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of finance within Innovative Medicine and make a direct impact on patient outcomes while driving operational excellence.

    As a Sr. Finance Analyst within IMFT Value Management Business (VMB), you will play a critical role in by ensuring financial controlling, transparency, and supporting data-driven decision-making.

    You will partner across Finance, PMO, and business stakeholders to monitor performance against targets, identify risks and opportunities, and strengthen governance over investment and value outcomes.

    You will be responsible for

    • Perform Quarter-end close for the project
    • Maintain and enhance standardized VMB frameworks, tools, and reporting (e.g., trackers, dashboards, governance materials)
    • Lead cost control tracking across IMFT initiatives, ensuring alignment with approved budget
    • key contact in internal and external financial and compliance audits
    • Prepare executive-ready reporting and presentations for leadership forums
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting automation, and data quality
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT (JJT), PMO, and business partners to ensure alignment and adoption
    • Ensure alignment with WWP guidance in project spend and capital accounting

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Proven ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced, and frequently changing environment Strong collaboration and stakeholder Management, including ability to influence and challenge
    • Passion for driving change and ability to inspire business adoption of new processes and technology
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
    • 4+ years of relevant finance experience (FP&A, project finance, transformation finance, or value management)
    • Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights
    • Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and performance tracking
    • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools preferred
    • Passion for driving change and supporting business adoption of new processes and tools
