Position: Sr Financial Analyst

Growing Manufacturing firm in the Bardstown area (south of louisville)  is looking for a Financial Analyst. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

Job Description:

The Sr Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the company's operations. This individual will work closely with various departments to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement

- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and track business performance

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets and forecasts

- Monitor and analyze financial results against budget and forecast, and provide variance analysis

- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial reporting and analysis

- Assist with the preparation of presentations for senior management and external stakeholders

- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide insights and recommendations for business growth

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a consumer goods company

- Strong knowledge of financial modeling and analysis techniques

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
