    About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst with 2+ years of FP&A experience to join our team. The Financial Analyst conducts quantitative analyses of information related to all aspects of the Brand with particular focus on finance, spending, Scorecard results, budgeting, and forecasting.    

     

    What you’ll accomplish:

    • Assists in the coordination of the organization’s budgeting and forecasting procedures and processes. 
    • Assists Operators in forecasting and budgeting their financial needs.
    • Compares performance with operating budgets and forecasts, provides reporting and interprets the results to all levels of management. 
    • Assists in preparation of Ad Hoc reporting for Operations, business scorecard results, and consolidate financial statements. 
    • Prepares weekly published reports for commodity analysis, cash control results, credit card usage control, and Flash Reporting.
    • Prepares monthly and quarterly published reports regarding performance metrics. 
    • Utilizes automated accounting systems banking procedures.
    • Recommends and implements techniques to improve net revenue, increase efficiencies, and reduce costs.

    Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting or a related field required.
    • 2+ years of Financial Planning and Analysis experience.
    • Proficiency in PowerPoint, advanced Excel skills -  with hands-on experience building financial models exclusively in Excel..
    • Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, with the ability to assess how transactions impact the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement holistically.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial data to both non-financial stakeholders and senior management.
    • A comprehensive grasp of financial systems is required.
    • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Operates in a clerical office setting while routinely using all standard office equipment. 
    • Largely a sedentary role with some filing, lifting, bending, as appropriate. 
    • No travel expectations. 
    • No direct reports.
    • MBA or CPA is a plus.
