Eleven Recruiting is partnering with a nationally recognized, prestigious law firm to hire a Senior Financial Analyst/Portfolio Operations Analyst for its Los Angeles office. This role combines financial analysis, client management, operational oversight, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will be a high-performing finance professional who can manage business processes from end-to-end, analyze complex data, build financial models, and confidently partner with senior stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities:-
Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as a trusted business partner from initial planning through ongoing execution.

Support requests for proposals (RFPs), pricing estimates, financial modeling, and client engagements.

Partner with internal teams to assess staffing needs, resource planning, and operational requirements.

Communicate directly with clients and senior stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.

Conduct annual rate reviews, profitability analysis, and financial forecasting.

Perform variable analysis, scenario planning, and business modeling to support strategic decisions.

Manage accruals, reporting, and financial performance tracking.

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and operational improvements.

Develop reporting and analytics that support business growth and portfolio optimization.

Act as a client-facing representative capable of engaging with executives, attorneys, and key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:-
Senior-level Financial Analyst experience with strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.

Advanced Excel skills with experience managing complex models and large datasets.

Strong SQL experience with the ability to query, analyze, and manipulate data.

Experience working with ERP systems (3E experience preferred, but not required).

Strong understanding of financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients and executive-level stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:-
Experience within a law firm, legal services, or professional services environment.
