Sr. Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to lead financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting activities. This role provides critical insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making and drive business performance.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem solver who can translate complex financial data into actionable insights. This individual will partner with cross-functional teams, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Performance Management

• Lead financial analysis across business units, products, and channels to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Perform variance analysis against plan, forecast, and prior periods, providing clear insights and recommendations
• Translate complex financial data into concise, decision-ready insights for senior stakeholders
• Evaluate assumptions, assess trade-offs, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership

FP&A Reporting & Enablement

• Own and enhance core FP&A reporting packages used across the organization
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance of financial reporting deliverables
• Identify and implement improvements to reporting processes, automation, and scalability
• Partner with stakeholders to align reporting outputs with business and leadership needs

Pricing, Data & Operational Support

• Manage and maintain pricing and rate card processes, including updates, analysis, and reporting
• Analyze pricing requests and profitability using existing tools and data models
• Gather, interpret, and analyze financial data from multiple sources
• Prepare trend analysis and performance reports to support business decisions
• Provide operational and financial support to leadership and cross-functional teams
• Support monthly reporting processes, including business volume and performance tracking

Strategic & Cross-Functional Support

• Serve as a key financial partner to business leaders and internal teams
• Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and business review materials
• Lead special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide guidance and act as an analytical resource across the organization

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Analytics (or equivalent experience)
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or a regulated industry
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience owning or supporting enterprise-level FP&A reporting and forecasting processes
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence decision-making
