Sr. Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with strong Excel-based financial modeling, analytics, and sales reporting experience. This role offers meaningful exposure to senior leadership and is ideal for a high-performing finance professional with the potential to step into a CFO role over time. The position is fully on-site five days per week.

Role Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting strategic and operational decision-making through detailed financial analysis and reporting. Reporting directly to the CFO and partnering closely with business leaders, this role is responsible for analyzing financial performance, sales trends, variances, and cost drivers. The position leads annual planning and forecasting activities, delivers timely financial insights to stakeholders, and drives continuous improvement initiatives focused on profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead FP&A activities, including annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Develop and deliver sales analytics through ad hoc analysis and standardized reporting to identify key business drivers and trends
  • Manage the monthly financial consolidation process, including international subsidiary reporting
  • Develop, maintain, and present key operational KPIs and dashboards (Tableau)
  • Partner with business and operational leaders to support strategic and operational growth initiatives
  • Support the monthly close and financial reporting process
  • Participate in acquisition integration efforts and ERP or other system implementations
  • Lead and support special projects and ad hoc financial analysis

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum of five years of relevant finance or accounting experience
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment
  • Demonstrated interest in process improvement and driving profitability
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel on an ad hoc basis for collaboration
