Sr Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 8+ years expertise in Microsoft technologies, including .NET (C#), Azure, and modern web frameworks such as Blazor. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications while collaborating across cross-functional Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using .NET C# and modern web frameworks (e.g., Blazor).Build, maintain and integrate cloud-native applications leveraging Microsoft Azure services.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Write efficient, best practice driven, maintainable code.Perform estimates, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.Utilize Git for source control.Perform documentation in Confluence.Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).8+ years of full stack development experience.Strong expertise in .NET and C#.Experience with front-end development frameworks (Blazor preferred).Hands-on experience with Azure (App Services, Functions, APIs).Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, or AI-assisted development tools.Experience with Cursor IDE or similar AI coding tools.Experience with Python development.Experience with enterprise service and project platforms such as Jira and ServiceNow.Exposure to enterprise ERP systems and integrations such as SAP and Salesforce.

Work Environment:

This role operates in an Agile development environment with cross-functional collaboration across business and IT teams. The Position will be based in our Greenville, SC HQ.

Compensation:Compensation Range: $98,000 - $125,000Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
