Minimum 7 years of functional experience supporting or implementing Oracle ERP applications (Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Cloud Financials).
Domain Expertise: Hands-on functional experience in at least one of the following streams: Order-to-Cash (AR, Collections, Revenue Management, Customer Master), Procure-to-Pay (AP, Expenses, Payments, SLA), or Projects & Costing.
Technical Tools: Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud technical tools - OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, ADFDI - and ability to write complex SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Leadership & Mentoring: Demonstrated experience mentoring analysts, reviewing functional designs and test deliverables, and acting as the escalation point for complex incidents. Proven ability to lead stakeholder conversations independently with Finance, Tax, Procurement, and Project Accounting leaders.
Actively explores and adopts emerging AI tools and technologies to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and deliver higher-quality outcomes.
