destination for furniture shopping, helping consumers navigate one of the most complex purchasing decisions with confidence.

About the Role:

We’re bringing paid creative in-house! You’ll lead the design, strategy, and—when needed—copy for paid assets across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. You’ll own the delivery of

high-impact, brand-aligned creative directly to our agency partner, eliminating back-and-forth headaches.

This role reports directly to the AVP of Brand & Creative.

What You’ll Do:

• Strategize and design best-in-class, performance-driven creative for paid campaigns across key platforms.
• Fully own the creative process from ideation to final delivery ensuring brand alignment and strong performance.
• Edit influencer content into platform-specific, testable assets.
• Seamlessly align with our team and agency, asking the right questions on deliverables per platform.
