    Job Description

    About the Role

We're hiring a Sr. GTM Operations Associate to be a strategic partner to our go-to-market organization. This is a high-trust, low-oversight role by design. You'll be measured on outcomes and judgment, not on how faithfully you executed someone else's instructions.

GTM leadership will hand you an ambiguous, high-stakes initiatives (generating pipeline, setting up quarterly, targets for functions, rolling out Customer Sentiment analysis for CS leadership, etc.) more often than they hand you a spec. Your job is to figure out what's actually going on, think several moves ahead about how a fix will hold up as we scale, build the plan, and drive it to done.

This is a 0-1 and 1-10 role. Some of what you'll own doesn't exist yet at Loop — you'll design it, ship a first version, and prove it works. Other pieces already exist in rough form — you'll take them from functional to scales without you in the room. Both modes matter, and you should genuinely enjoy both: the messiness of building something from nothing, and the discipline of hardening something that already sort of works.

This is an in-person role based in San Francisco, with the expectation of being in the office 4+ days per week.

Ability to travel up to 5% for sales kickoffs, and team onsites.

    What You'll Do

    • Act as an embedded strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Solution, Implementations and CS leadership — sitting in on their planning, spotting the problem before it shows up in a pipeline report, and coming to them with a point of view and a plan rather than waiting to be asked.
    • Run our AI prospecting engine day to day: signal quality, enrichment and scoring logic, sequence performance, and the human review gates that keep quality high. Run structured experiments on segments, signals, and messaging; report what's working in a way that changes where the team spends its time next quarter.
    • Diagnose what's actually limiting GTM performance, not just what the dashboard shows. Turn that diagnosis into a prioritized plan, make the case for it to stakeholders who may disagree, and see it through to results — full ownership from problem to outcome.
    • Create models to monitor and set forecasts. Administer comp plans, quotas, and accelerators alongside GTM leadership and Finance, and pressure-test whether each plan actually drives the behavior it's meant to — then own the fix when it doesn't.

    About You

    • You default to ownership. Given a fuzzy goal and a set of constraints, you don't wait for a spec — you figure out the plan, flag the tradeoffs, and drive it to completion.
    • You think three steps ahead. Before you ship a process or a system, you've already thought through how it breaks at 2x volume, who it affects downstream, and what it'll cost to unwind if it's wrong.
    • Hands-on HubSpot sales and marketing experience: you've built assignment rules, workflows, and lifecycle stages, not filed tickets for someone else to.
    • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering or BizOps high-growth B2B SaaS company.
    • You've taken something from 0-1 (a new motion, workflow, or system that didn't exist) and then from 1-10 (hardened and scaled it past your own bandwidth) — and you can talk concretely about both.

    Nice to haves:

    • Background in logistics technology or  supply chain technology.
    • Have scaled ops through a Series B–D stage, from a handful of reps to a few dozen.
    • Worked on integrating GTM teams from acquisitions
