    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    This is a critical position within the HCI Team, responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our OEM partners- HMA and GMA - as it pertains to the OEM CPO programs, OEM Complimentary Maintenance (CM) programs and the HPP, PPES and GPP programs. Working directly with the OEM, and internal departments, the Manager will be responsible for understanding OEM strategies and CPO/CM program performance, in an effort to formulate HCI's go to market support approach with the OEM. Additionally, the role will be responsible for all HCI communications to the OEM's including but not limited to HPP/GPP/CPO Quarterly Risk and Business Reviews.

    HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

    1. Strategy
    • Collaborate with OME on mid to long term business plans for CPO and CM programs

    • Collaborate with HMF and GF on OEM sales objectives, strategies and execution plans in support of OEM and HCI sales goals

    • Coordinate integration of HCI into OEMs Digital Retail Sales Process

    1. OEM Program Management (HCI)
    • Work with OEM program teams to solve problems or develop new sales initiatives to support growth and improve profitability

    • Identify program and pricing improvement opportunities/competitive advantages, formulate recommendations, develop solutions and execute approved final recommendations

    • Define and track critical metrics to monitor performance on an ongoing basis

    • Assess each programs' performance and develop strategies to improve results

    • Project Management: Develop project plans specifying goals, strategy, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources to gain approval for proposed OEM projects

    • Lead integration of HCI product/value proposition into OEM / Dealer Retail Digital Sales Process

    1. Communications
    • Conduct weekly OEM meetings, conference calls to review program performance, milestones and timelines

    • Develop and distribute OEM/HCA executive report outs regularly

    1. Dealer Structures Strategy
    • Build relationships and partner with field sales to develop customized dealer incentive programs to drive sales volume and penetration.

    • Develop immediate - long term customized deal strategy to support business growth

    • Lead team in the development of deal proposals for dealer presentation

    • Lead the team to conduct post program analysis to assess program impact and take-away

    • Oversee administration and execution of customized programs includes but not limited to launch, marketing, communication, payment, and all other aspects of executions

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

    • 10-15 years of experience in automotive sales and at least 5 years in automotive F&I product sales.

    • 4-6 years of relevant experience in a Sales, Finance, or Marketing role with emphasis on strategy

    development, pricing, project planning, and strategic analysis.

    • Prior experience working within Automotive Finance as well as consulting experience preferred.

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, or marketing required; MBA preferred.

    • Superior interpersonal, organizational and time/project management skills.

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present to senior management.

    • Understanding of strategic perspective and ability to deliver results in a climate of rapid change based on company vision, goals, and objectives.

    • Practical application of broad-based vision to drive results. Ability to think globally and applies strategy across the organization.

    • Excellent project management skills and demonstrated competency with research, analysis, and project leadership.

    • Excellent analytical skills.

    • Proficiency with digital retail sales tools/technology.

    • Expert level skills with financial calculation and business case development to support product / pricing actions.
