A day in the life
This role balances strategic partnership with hands-on execution. You"ll coach senior engineering leaders through organizational change, analyze workforce data to get ahead of retention risks, and run the operational rhythm of talent reviews and compensation cycles. You"ll collaborate closely with specialist HR teams - Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Relations, and HR Support - to deliver integrated solutions. You"ll deliver independently while partnering with the HRBP Lead on cross-portfolio priorities.
