LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our clients' team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys leading people, partnering with leadership, and driving HR initiatives that support business growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong benefits administration expertise, prior supervisory experience, and a collaborative leadership style.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to leadership and employees.
- Lead day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, compliance, and policy administration.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, employee education, vendor coordination, and issue resolution.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Supervise and develop HR team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning efforts as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative HR solutions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and extensive HR experience will be considered.
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience required.
- Experience managing direct reports strongly preferred.
- Strong benefits administration background required.
- Thorough knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
