SR HR Generalist

Salary Range: $90,000-$95,000

Key Responsibilities of the Senior HR Generalist

Manage multi-state leave administration to support consistent employee and business processes.
Coordinate workers’ compensation matters and related HR follow-through.
Respond to employee questions through email, phone, and other channels during open enrollment.
Use Workday across HR, recruiting, and payroll processes.
Support HR operations and employee relations through clear, professional communication.

Must-Have Skills/Experience

Workday experience in an HR environment.
Multi-state HR experience, including leaves administration and workers’ compensation.
Strong employee relations and communication skills
