The Senior HR Business Partner reports to the HRD, supervises HR team members and plays a critical role in various strategic and operating objectives, that align with their mission vision and guiding principles.
The Sr HRBP demonstrates a passion for identifying, developing and implementing employee relations, retention, and recruitment/staffing support programs for as well as knowledge of HR data/analytics, industry trends and best practice.
To succeed in this role you will have:
3-5 years Human resource generalist, business partner and/ or managerial experience
4 year degree in business administration or related field with a master degree preferred
4 year degree in business administration or related field with a master degree preferred
