Sr. IAM Engineer

Responsibilities: of the IAM Engineer: • Lead the administration and optimization of Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, device compliance, and security policy enforcement. • Support identity and access management initiatives utilizing Okta for authentication, SSO, and MFA solutions. • Assist with SailPoint identity governance processes, including user provisioning, access reviews, and role management. • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to improve access controls and identity security posture. • Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and implement solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Qualifications: of the IAM Engineer: • 4+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, Endpoint Management, or Security Engineering. • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, compliance policies, and endpoint security. • Working knowledge of Okta administration, SSO integrations, and multi-factor authentication technologies. • Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, IdentityNow, or similar identity governance platforms. • Understanding of IAM best practices, access management controls, and enterprise security frameworks.
