Sr Incentive Consultant

As the Senior Incentive Consultant, you will be responsible for the administration of applicable LOB variable compensation plans. Including the maintenance of a sound governance structure to ensure well-founded decision-making & administration.

Primary responsibilities include

• Senior role in the administration of the plans including the day-to-day processes required to administer all plans, looking for ways to improve the quality and productivity of the administration process to gain efficiencies, the disposition of all credit requests/disputes within plan guidelines, monitoring all control and governance of the plans and assisting in the development of incentive modeling to assist with forecasting/budgeting.
• Senior role in the maintenance of a sound governance structure to ensure well-founded decision-making & administration.
• Governance and control points in the incentive administration process are critical and acting as 1st level decision authority for credit requests provides transparency into how the governance structure is performing.
• Additionally, evaluating credit request data and trends while recommending remedial action can help to mitigate risks.
• Senior role in the delivery of the Incentive Performance Management Framework (targets, measurements, assessments) for the applicable LOB organization.
• Assist in the development of sales and incentive related analysis for the applicable LOB organization, including ongoing performance analysis for the applicable LOB Contribution to LOB Sales/Revenue and a Total Compensation view for all positions.
• Act as a senior team member on immediate team and the larger Sales Performance Management team. Help to foster a strong team and improve skills of colleagues.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales incentive compensation, sales performance management, compensation administration, business analytics, or a related field, including experience supporting complex incentive programs.
• Demonstrated experience with incentive plan administration, including calculation and payout validation, data reconciliation, issue resolution, and adherence to plan governance and controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends and discrepancies, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large or complex data sets.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-volume environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex incentive concepts and effectively partner with business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and develop more efficient, streamlined, or automated approaches.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Human Resources, Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in financial services, banking, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience with incentive compensation management platforms, such as Varicent or similar ICM systems.
• Experience with incentive plan design, modeling, forecasting, and plan-effectiveness analysis.
• Experience partnering across Finance, HR, Risk, Compliance, and business leadership.
• Experience supporting training, change management, or implementation of new or revised incentive programs.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $92,000 - $119,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
