This Sr. Industrial Superintendent opportunity puts you in the field leading new construction and work inside existing industrial facilities, with a culture that values accountability, safety, and hands-on execution.
Qualifications and responsibilities for thisSr. Industrial Superintendentposition include:
- 15+ years of construction experience running the field on industrial projects in the $1 million to $10 million range
- Manage both self-performed crews and subcontracted trades on the same project
- Plan, sequence, and track progress against schedule while building and holding the project schedule with project managers
- Hold foremen and subcontractors accountable to the schedule, start to finish
- Own sequencing, safety, quality, and coordination across every trade on the job
- Resolve field conflicts before they cost a day
- Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and multi-trade coordination
- Working knowledge of OSHA construction safety; valid driver’s license (company provides the truck)
Salary: $110K-$140K per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Company truck, fuel, and phone; family medical coverage paid 100%, dental/vision, 401(k) with 4% match, 2 weeks sick time, and 2 weeks vacation (negotiable). Discretionary annual bonus; approximately 30%-35% last year. Relocation assistance is not provided.
