D. in Community-Based Leadership is an innovative, cohort-based doctoral program designed to prepare scholar-practitioners who create sustainable change through collaboration among educational institutions, tribal nations, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and community partners. The department seeks a versatile scholar-practitioner whose expertise extends beyond a single sector or leadership specialization and who can engage with leadership challenges across educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, tribal nations, governmental agencies, businesses, and community-based organizations.
