    Description

    Job Summary:

    The Senior Installer & Trainer ensures XPEL film window tinting and paint protection film installations meet the standards. They work to learn the newest product innovations, focused on educating and train the infield operations team on the regularly changing requirements.

    Core Duties

    • Maintains/monitors car counts at dealerships
    • Communicate schedule with store managers as needed
    • Assists Field Operations Manager on scheduling installers
    • Liaison between Field Operations Manager and installer- payroll/EOD/Warranties/ Pricing
    • Quality control and inspection of installation
    • Assist Field Operations Manager with Audits as needed
    • Cultivating and maintaining work relationships with upper management at the dealerships
    • Insuring installers are getting corrective or upskill training as required.
    • Inventory monitoring

    Basic Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience
    • Must have a current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • Must meet insurability requirements under the company's motor vehicle insurance policy.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Make appropriate judgments, keeping customer service, safety, and time sensitivity a priority.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Outgoing personality.
    • Professional appearance and attitude.
