Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration architecture and development efforts for Workday Financials implementations, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable Workday integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and other Workday integration technologies.
• Develop and optimize Workday reports and integrations to support financial operations, reporting requirements, and downstream systems.
• Evaluate existing integrations and technical architecture to identify opportunities for improved performance, efficiency, maintainability, and scalability.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for Workday Financials integration solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business requirements.
• Partner with Finance, HR, IT, and external vendors to understand requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Leverage Workday Extend and Orchestrate to explore opportunities for extending platform capabilities, streamlining workflows, and improving integration processes.
• Contribute to the organization's longer-term innovation roadmap, including potential adoption of AI capabilities, AI agents, and emerging Workday technologies.
• Assess opportunities to leverage complementary platforms and technologies, including Adaptive Planning and Palantir, where applicable.
• Establish integration best practices, promote reusable solutions, and ensure integrations remain reliable as the Workday environment evolves.
