Make an Impact! The Sr. Internal Auditor performs audits and other projects as assigned by the Director of Internal Audit and/or the Manager, Internal Audit. Such work includes, but is not limited to, completing audits for Main Line Health (MLH) to test that controls are in place and functioning as intended and business practices are effective, efficient, and compliant with MLH policies and regulatory requirements.

Position: Sr. Internal Auditor- 40 hours/week- hybrid role

Shift: Day Shift

Experience:

Minimum of four years of internal audit experience. Healthcare experience preferred. Previous experience with Epic application is preferred. Knowledge of and proficiency in generally accepted auditing standards and the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Audit. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all level of the organization. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and/or Access, and PowerPoint. Experience with data analysis / computer assisted audit techniques (CAAT) tools and audit management software is a plus.

Education:

BS in Business, Accounting or Finance required. In lieu of BS degree 2 years post-secondary education and 5 years verified experience in internal or external audit is required

Licensures & Certifications:

Professional certification required (CIA, CPA, and/or CFE) or currently pursuing professional certification. Individuals must obtain relevant professional certification within 24 months of assuming the role
