Job Title: Sr. IT Manager Department: IT Reports To: President FLSA Status: Exempt Company Summary BlueTeam is a US-based provider of national disaster recovery, remediation, reconstruction, renovation, and roofing services for commercial properties. Our core business focuses on cleanup and mitigation efforts for recovery from fire damage, roof leaks, flooding, pipe bursts, and post-disaster remediation due to severe weather. We exclusively serve commercial sectors including hospitality, senior housing, healthcare, commercial offices, municipalities, multifamily living, and institutional markets. SUMMARY:The Sr. Manager of Information Technology will be responsible for the development, maintenance, architecture, infrastructure, and security of all technology applications in support of the growing needs and expansion of the company. The Sr. Manager of Information Technology will have administrative and budget responsibilities for a small team of technology professionals in addition to outside vendors. The Sr. Manager of Information Technology will provide hands-on project leadership as well as work to develop colleagues through coaching and mentoring. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
