Description :

Client is only looking for consultants coming from Amazon, IBM or brokerage trading services comapany dealing with high volume of trasactions.
From an interview perspective, the Hiring Manager provided some great feedback to what they are looking for in the interviews:

• Strong communication – looking for someone that answers questions without hesitation. Can speak to resume without needing to reference the resume or notes.
• Lots of cloud experience (AWS and PCF is what they use)
• High-transactions systems
• Application Development
• Containerization
• Experience digging in and resolving middleware problems and collaborating with downstream teams

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot (must-have)
• Proven experience in designing and developing backend applications and microservices (not just supporting or troubleshooting)
• Experience building REST APIs and business logic for high-transaction systems (payments, banking, trading, etc.)
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and application architecture
• Proven experience in performance engineering within distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with application performance monitoring and observability tools (Dynatrace, CloudWatch, Splunk, etc.)
• Experience analyzing end-to-end system performance using logs, metrics, and distributed tracing
• Strong experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar)
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting production issues across application, middleware, and cloud layers
• Experience working with AWS cloud services and PCF
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes )
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems behavior
