Role: Sr. Java Developer with Capital Markets/CCAR Duration: Long-Term Contract Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – Onsite 3 Days/Week)
Key Requirements:
Strong Java development skills with experience building scalable, enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, and distributed architectures.
Understanding of Capital Markets products, Risk, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, Stress Testing, or CCAR processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
Experience working with large datasets and relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.), including data modeling, optimization, and data quality controls.
Knowledge of event-driven and messaging technologies such as Kafka, MQ, or similar platforms used in high-volume processing environments.
Familiarity with modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, source control, Agile delivery, and cloud/container platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business users, Risk, Finance, and Technology teams.
