POSITION SUMMARY:

• Serve as an internal strategy consulting and analytics partner to executive leadership, using quantitative analysis, business modeling, and project leadership to support enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Analyze complex operational challenges, develop financial and scenario-based models, and translate findings into data-driven recommendations and business cases.
• Develop executive-ready presentations, data visualizations, and strategic recommendations that support senior leadership decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional transformation projects from opportunity identification through implementation, managing workplans, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
• Leverage advanced analytics, AI-enabled tools, and automation to improve decision-making, productivity, and value creation across Clinical Transformation initiatives.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related quantitative field with 2+ years of experience in management consulting, business analytics, corporate strategy, finance, healthcare operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience building financial, operational, forecasting, and scenario-based models to support strategic decision-making.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, including experience working with large datasets.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into concise insights, recommendations, and presentations for senior leaders.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, manage complex projects, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and leverage AI-enabled technologies to accelerate analysis and insights.

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $135,000-145,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
