Role Summary:
The Senior Manager, Customer Marketing is both a team leader and program driver. This role manages a team of marketing managers while personally leading integrated campaigns and programs. They balance executional excellence with people management, ensuring their team is delivering high-quality, customer-first work.

This role focuses on the Creator's audience, with a product focus on mobile applications (Premier, Lightroom, Photoshop) and Firefly.

What You ll Do:
  • Lead and coach a team of marketing contractors (2 ICs), overseeing projects and cross-functional alignment.
  • Own major integrated marketing initiatives, from planning through execution and measurement.
  • Provide strategic input to campaign briefs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer insights.
  • Partner with Brand Studio, Product Marketing, Media, and regional teams to deliver work at scale.
  • Ensure operational rigor across budgets, timelines, and resourcing.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and creativity within the team.
