Sr. Manager / Director - Corporate Development

Astrana is scaling nationally through acquisitions, provider group partnerships, and new market entry. The Corporate Development team sits at the center of that growth: sourcing and evaluating targets, building the valuation and deal models that drive investment decisions, and carrying transactions through diligence, close, and integration.

We are hiring a Senior Manager or Director of Corporate Development (title commensurate with experience) to own deal analytics end to end - from first-pass screening through board-ready valuation work - and to serve as the organizational backbone for post-close integration. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to executive leadership and the transactions that define Astrana"s national footprint.
