Sr. Manager, Global Communications

Required Minimum Number of Years of Relevant Experience Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in corporate internal external executive or related communications including developing and delivering communications strategies leading or managing a global team and working across regions cultures and languages. Required Skills and Competencies Strategic Communications and Content - Strategic thinker and hands-on practitioner with strong business acumen expertise across corporate reputation media relations employee executive change social media and crisis communications and exceptional writing editing presentation interpersonal and audience-centered content development skills. Leadership Influence and Execution - Demonstrated people leadership coaching prioritization project and program management global cultural awareness adaptability and the ability to use objectives data feedback and performance measures to improve results. Ability to counsel senior leaders exercise sound judgment and influence effectively without direct authority. Channels and Technology - Ability to evaluate emerging technologies identify channel gaps and build and govern communications platforms and experiences. Proficiency across Microsoft applications and experience with employee communications platforms video or animation tools social media management and media monitoring tools are preferred.
