POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, Manufacturing & Technical Operations is a strategic and hands-on HR leader supporting Manufacturing, Technical Operations, Engineering, Business Excellence, and Co-Manufacturing teams across Valencia A and San Fernando sites. This role partners closely with leaders to align talent, workforce planning, organizational capability, culture, and HR priorities with business needs.
The Senior Manager translates business priorities into practical people strategies, advises leaders on complex employee and organizational matters, strengthens manager capability, and leads talent initiatives that drive measurable impact. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, sound judgment, operational discipline, executive presence, and the ability to build trusted partnerships at all levels.
This role reports to the Director, HRBP and is based in Valencia. It requires regular travel between the Valencia and San Fernando sites, with occasional attendance at meetings in West Hills.

General office and manufacturing environment. Ability to sit for extended periods and move throughout office, laboratory, warehouse, and manufacturing facilities. Ability to use a computer and standard office equipment. Ability to travel between assigned California sites and attend meetings or support business needs outside standard business hours as required.
Environment:
Exposure to disagreeable elements is moderate. Manufacturing and production environments may require use of personal protective equipment, including hairnets, lab coats, ear protection, safety shoes, and safety glasses. This role requires compliance with all site safety requirements, cGMP processes, quality standards, and applicable company procedures.
Safety:
The incumbent must perform this job safely and in accordance with standard operating procedures, good manufacturing practices, and all site safety requirements. The incumbent is expected to model and reinforce a culture of safety, compliance, quality, and accountability across assigned client groups and sites.
Travel:
Regular travel among assigned California sites, including West Hills, Valencia A, Valencia W, and San Fernando, is required. Additional travel may be required based on business, site, employee relations, or enterprise HR needs.

SALARY RANGE
National Target Base Pay Range: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00. The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and New York metro the Target Base Pay Range is $133,000 - $221,000, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.
Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with state and local laws.
Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment. Our total rewards package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, Medical, dental and vision benefits, 401K match, and other wellness benefits.
