GENERALFUNCTION
The Senior Manager of StoreVisualExperienceisresponsibleforcreatingthevisualmerchandisingstrategiesforLensCraftersthatwilldramaticallyenhanceandconsistentlydeliverthebrandimageandbusinessobjectives.Thiscriticalroleleadscreativedevelopmentforallstorevisuals,displaytools,andstorepresentationstandards,includingallfieldtools.Inaddition,thisroleisresponsibleforbringingconsistentstandardsandexecutionacrossallstores.Furthertasksincludemonthlymanagementofthedepartmentbudgetandcriticaltimelinesthatareestablishedwithourinternalandglobalpartners.

Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Merchandise in gorrelatedfield 8+years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in corporate capacity Previous leadership role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Business maturity and professionalism Understandingofthebalancebetweenartandscience,andtheroleitplaysinbuildingthenecessarystrategiestodriveabusiness Provenabilitytomanageothersdirectlyorindirectlyaswellasmanagemultipleprojectsandtimelines Ability to influence and persuade other sin the organization Proven presentation skills Show more Skills
