GENERAL PURPOSE
The Regional Logistics Sr. Manager oversees 4-5 Cross Docks and drives operational, financial and loss prevention goals, which are executed by influencing 3rd party logistics providers without direct authority. This is to be accomplished through detailed knowledge of Ross operations and managing the P&L of each Cross Dock that all have unique complexities. This position balances service to Ross customers, while ensuring that budgets are adhered to while also protecting company assets. Combine operations excellence with exceptional interpersonal skills to drive efficiency and foster meaningful partnerships with internal (Ross Supply Chain, Ross Stores Leadership, etc.) and external partners. The role requires exceptional influencing skills to drive change, secure by-in across multiple stakeholder groups and achieve results through effective partnership management. The ideal candidate will be able to foster trust and create collaborative environments that drive mutual success.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
No unusual physical requirements. Requires no heavy lifting, and nearly all work is performed in an indoor facility. The nature of the job will require time within warehouse operation as well as some time outdoors at our Cross Dock facilities
Job frequently requires sitting, handling objects with hands
Job occasionally requires standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, and lifting up to 10 pounds
Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically
Travel required up to 75%
Primary work location is home-based, with regular travel required to Cross Dock locations. Must live within the designated region
This role requires regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback
However, this role can perform duties effectively using a combination of in-office and remote work

The base pay range for this role $119,300.00 to $203,100.00. The base pay range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.
