Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the integration of new products onto the production floor, handling the shift from design to full-scale production.
- Establish and document efficient assembly processes and lead the development of operational guides.
- Apply advanced Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement techniques to curb process inefficiencies.
- Address production line challenges proactively.
- Drive initiatives to mitigate risks, uphold ISO standards, and minimize costs.
- Contribute to advanced design projects related to layout, tooling, and workflow.
- Justify capital equipment investments.
- Elevate safety and ergonomic standards within the facility.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, with preference for a Master's degree.
- 5 to 12 years’ experience in similar roles within large-scale assembly production.
- Comfortable managing several concurrent projects in a dynamic setting.
- Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD (Siemens NX preferred), along with MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Additional experience with line balancing, assembly of large components, standardization, scaling, and hydraulics is advantageous.
