Judit Inc. is hiring on behalf of one of our largest clients — a global technology leader in consumer electronics, semiconductors, and mobile communications. This is a temporary, contract position: you'll be employed by Judit Inc. and work directly alongside our client's team.

What you'll do
You'll lead competitive bidding, RFx, and negotiations for retail and shopper marketing at a global consumer technology company, turning seasonal marketing plans into a sourcing roadmap, negotiating with agencies and suppliers, and keeping every process compliant. You'll be the procurement partner marketing teams rely on when timelines are tight.
- Lead competitive bid and quote processes for marketing initiatives, focused on retail campaigns, in-store and shopper marketing, POS, and promotions
- Develop and manage RFI/RFP/RFQ events for creative, media, print, digital, and retail activation agencies and suppliers
- Maintain local and global competitive bidding standards and policies for retail marketing and store execution
- Prepare reports for Compliance and Internal Audit on process and regulatory adherence
- Turn annual and seasonal marketing plans into a sourcing roadmap, and support intake, prioritization, and project planning so procurement engages early
- Build and lead retail-specific negotiation strategies on rates and terms with agencies and marketing suppliers, reflecting tight timelines and seasonal peaks
- Review contracts to confirm commercial terms match negotiated pricing and scope, and correct discrepancies before execution
- Validate new marketing and retail vendor requests for fit, duplication, risk, and alignment with preferred suppliers, with risk, finance, and legal teams
- Use data and stakeholder feedback to improve marketing procurement workflows and tools (procurement and contract management systems, intake forms)
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of procurement or related experience with this client
- Proven marketing procurement expertise focused on retail campaigns
- Strategic sourcing, competitive bidding, and RFx management skills
- Contract negotiation, legal review, vendor management, and onboarding experience
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to manage complex procurement processes, including gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources and preparing spreadsheets, charts, and tables
- Retail and shopper marketing expertise, and adaptability to retail realities like tight timelines and seasonal peaks
- Negotiation and communication skills, and relationships at all levels with vendors, partners, and other subsidiaries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- The ability to manage multiple activities, work independently within a team, and meet deadlines
- A keen sense of ethics and discretion, with an eye for potential conflicts of interest
- Process improvement, leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail and compliance awareness
